Our company was incorporated in the year 1980 and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Our registered office and factory is at Ambalamugal, Cochin in Kerala, which is logistically easy and fast to reach any destination in Kerala. We are part of “Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited “which is a listed company at Bombay Stock Exchange (www.aicltd.in) Our group also has various branches in strategic locations across the country like Taloja, Nashik, Baroda, Hyderabad, Belgaum, Karwar , Chennai . We are pioneers in Kerala manufacturing various grades of Industrial Blown bitumen, Paving/Viscocity Grade bitumen, Bitumen Emulsion for Road Construction, Modified Bitumen, Bituprimer(bitumen anti corrosive paint), Bitukote (cold applied water based emulsion for waterproofing and protection of insulation), various compounds for waterproofing, roofing, expansion joint board, cable/wire rope etc.. We are also importer of packed bitumen for trading and manufacturing of various products.

Our products conform to BIS/BS/IRC/MORTH specifications. Periodically we get our products certified by 3rd party NABL certified laboratory.
